When I load an online pdf, the pdf symbol shows up, then it says saving to Zotero, but then an error message appears saying it cannot save.

I am able to view the url, and my Zotero Connector is availible. So these instructions are not helping me. Why am I not able to save, even though Zotero.org is open on my computer?
