Thanks for bearing with me, the main problem is that i was starting. Zotero with administrator permission. I started it in simple way, and now its working, thanks again for all your help

I have followed your guidelines and steps shown in link stil not finding the citation dialog, whenever i click anything (e.g., the citation dialog, refresh) on Zotero plugin the word just get refreshed and nothing happened

I just installed Zotero today and it is latest version. could not understand what is meant "by cycling through your Zotero windows"? even i have tried to find citation dialog every where but not finding it
