  • Tried that but had the same result........but it did change my thinking, so I reinstalled Word and Zotero and all plug ins......result!! It appears it was an isue with Word that had somehow developed. Thanks for the help Simon

  • I have un-installed everything, tried stand alone and browser (firefox), deleted .dot file....everything. Still no change......any help any body, I've run out of ideas ! I'm using a new imac with Mountain lion. Many thanks, Mark
