It looks like syncing is enabled. I am still unsure what the issue is and why is is not syncing

I have reset my file sync history D1848731119 That seemed like the only option since I am not getting sync errors. Can you tell what other issues I may be facing?

@dstillman I pressed the sync button but that does not seem to be working. Are there other ways to sync?
