Switching to 32bit fixed the issue, hopefully it won't reappear as it the 64bit one it took a few days to start flickering.

Sorry for late reply. Yes it is happening with all files, marked or unmarked. I thought that it was problem with synchonisation but it didnt work when it was off. It also isnt wifi, as the same thing is appearing when using mobile data network. Will…
