• Uninstalled Zone Alarm then reinstalled without the forcefield toolbar, as suggested in the forum discussion above. Zotero now working perfectly. Thank you

• Thanks, that could well be it. Thinking about it, it hasn't worked at all since the last Zone Alarm update a couple of days ago.
