• Sorry, I have now tried the alt key (which is the option key in Mac) and it does not highlight the sub-collection location of the item. I have tried selecting the item and holding down the alt key both in the Advanced Search and Library.

• Hey thank u for prompt response. The sync seems to have self-corrected. If it happens again, I will ensure to provide both Report ID and Debug ID. I saw the process for producing a Debug ID and will follow that when issue occurs.
