By uninstalling Zotero 6 without deleting data, and installing Zotero 7, this problem fixed, though I don't know why.

Database integrity has also been validated today.

Restarting the PC for several times didn't help.

There are only 1229 entries in my Zotero DB, so I don't think it's caused by the data size.

So I wonder are there some timed tasks of Zotero failed at background?

The disk where the Zotero installed and the NAS drive for synchronization have all been validated today. No storage problem found.

Addition: For Win10 & Win11 users, "Run as Administrator" could solve this problem.
