I put an ILL request in for it at: 11/9/2013 11:44:49 AM EST so I likely added it to Zotero within +/- 5 minutes of then.

Yes, that string showed up somewhere in one of my entries. I deleted the entry and it and the sync worked! I will need to add that entry back in though--was this maybe a problem with a special character or something? Thanks for your help!

Just tried--it said no errors found. Tried resyncing and it errored again. Not sure if this report is any different than the first. 1047198816 Thanks!

is this something that can be fixed in the future Zotero update or is it an inherent issue with how how Chrome manages security with extensions (but not Firefox)?
