Installed and rebooted by selecting yes and no. It now loads but I have forgotten how to use Zotero. I can’t seem to attach a citation I a word document either an existing or new one - perhaps now a user problem. Thx

I right clicked on the Zotero.exe file and selected “run as administrator”. Rebooted and same problem. Did not see any other installer file name.

This Windows account has all the permissions nothing unusal as far as I know
