• The Zotero.dotm file is in my finder already though and I have located it, so I dont understand what "path" I am meant to be copying and pasting into "Cmd-Shift-G".

• thanks! i get as far as finding the zotero.dotm file in my computer, but when i open it it is just a blank word document. "You can open it from the Finder by pressing Cmd-Shift-G and copying in the path. Alternatively, to navigate to it in Finde…
