I changed the screen resolution from 125% to 100% and it only improved it a little, still can't see the bottom.

When the tab bar on the left or the info bar on the right is more than one screen long, their scrollbars can't reach the bottom.

I'm sure this doesn't have anything to do with plugins, but rather with zotero and the scaling and resolution of Windows.
