I was reaching to OUP for this problem and the customer service said (incorrectly, it seems) that they don´t support Zotero... But thanks again for the instructions, I will follow up with if the problem remains.

Thanks @dstillman. Turns out the Oxford Acamdemic journal sites don't support Zotero.
