Thanks, adding the approximate date is an excellent suggestion. It is definitely an edge case: I have a set of old journals. They are numbered consecutively, but the date when many of them were published is uncertain.

Thanks for the quick response. I am citing some old (1930s) hobby publications where the date of publication isn't well documented but is a journal. I've found that I can put n/d in the date field as a workaround, though I am not sure I would agreā¦

I am happy to share examples, but I don't know how enlightening that will be. They are (hobby) journals from the 1960s. Just PDFs, sometimes OCRed, but no embedded metadata.

Susan, in my version of version 6 (on Windows), I can add columns by right clicking in the column header area. That brings up a list of columns to choose. Hope that helps.
