• thank you -- this problem existed for over than years. but decided to deleted all problems, including trash as well. it took a long time but finally the error disappeared.

• Hi, thank you for your reply. But when I remove it, again keep repeating for another paper... I have deleted up to 6 and again it has the same error. Any suggestion?
