Storing titles in Sentence case has the advantage that you only have to correct errors once. Also, Sentence case will always be less lossy and more reliable as a starting point for case conversions than Title Case.

Thanks, you've just identified a bug in the trunk version of the CSL schema. While I will get that fixed, things should work correctly when you use the released 1.0 version of the schema (http://bitbucket.org/bdarcus/csl-schema/src/855dcc00cba7/).
