Ah, it is: https://www.zotero.org/trac/browser/extension/tags/2.1.10/install.rdf In that case, (re)installing Zotero 2.1.10 from http://www.zotero.org/download/ should work as well.

It seems like Zotero 2.1.10 isn't marked as compatible with Firefox 8. The quickest solution for you is probably to upgrade to the Zotero 3.0 beta: http://www.zotero.org/support/3.0
-
The problem is probably the large number of authors associated with the supplement (see the list at http://eurheartjsupp.oxfordjournals.org/content/13/suppl_A.toc ). According to http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/10718/cap-author-count , you shou…

Genealogy styles strike me as being rather specialized, and I don't think including a genealogy style would be very useful to the average Zotero user.

Committed, thanks. Should show up in the Zotero Style repository shortly.

Have you tried the "MDPI Journals" style from http://www.zotero.org/styles ?

I applaud you for your efforts, but we try to steer users away from the style generators you discuss at http://www.youtube.com/user/addictiveknowledge?feature=mhee#p/c/9FC22FF2DBE5385A/10/GRJTpNFO5ko . Especially the Simple Style Generator is very o…

Shameless plug: I currently live just 5 hours (by car) away from NYC. That said, if you could elaborate on the kind of information you're seeking we can see who of us has the best background.

Are you using a customized style? If not, try reinstalling your style from http://www.zotero.org/styles .

I'm currently looking into which fields would have to be added to the Citation Style Language to support book reviews and other types of reviews. What's clear is that we need a way to store the reviewed authors and the reviewed title. If you know o…

You should read that error message as "Zotero MacWord Integration is not compatible with Mac OS X 10.5 when run under Firefox 4 or newer" (this includes Firefox 8)

I think you need to mark your XML as code for it to show up in the forum post, adamsmith (but that's all right, since Adam Smith died 200 years before HTML was invented).

Would it also be possible to rename "mhra_note_without_bibliography.csl" to use hyphens?

This is on track for inclusion in CSL 1.0.1 (it will be "delimiter-precedes-et-al"), whenever that is released.
-
Right. I guess there was a reason this is still an open issue.

http://www.macworld.com/article/158396/2011/03/wordtoolbars.html "Use the View menu to hide or reveal toolbars." Does that help?

I think MHTML support is unlikely to be implemented as long as there isn't native Firefox support for the format: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18764

I'm also still wondering if there isn't a way to support rendering of cites like "as discussed by Doe (2002)". Maybe the Insert Citation dialog popup could offer an additional pull-down menu with the options: (pulldown menu descriptor) "Ci…

It could be limited to styles that don't use "citation-number" in their cites.
-
Just a thought, but how about adding an "suppress brackets" option in addition to "suppress author", that strips any square, round or curly brackets set on cs:layout on cs:citation? That way the citation rendered would be reduced to "M Ronkko, 2010,…

"Save to Zotero (BibTeX)" also appears for the PDF with Zotero 2.1.10, FWIW.
-
You can also just make a separate bibliography of all the items in a Zotero folder, directly from within Zotero (and not via the word processor plugins): http://www.zotero.org/support/creating_bibliographies

Are you sure you provided the right pastebin.com link? I don't see any differences compared to the version that is already in the styles repository. And for further edits, please always use the version in the style repository as a starting poin…
