See http://citationstyles.org/downloads/upgrade-notes.html#rich-text-markup-within-fields (you have to enclose the words that should be in italics within and tags).

Then we'll leave the style as is. Thanks!

I think this should work if you replace with

@ticodendron: done, thanks! https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/commit/cab525d949dbe842294487c8edcc85c473d35808

@javimat, does this style differ in any way whether the style locale is "es" or "ca"? I could set the default-locale of the style to Catalan (see http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#the-root-element-cs-style ).

I agree with adamsmith. Title case holds less information than sentence case, so it's just a bad choice for storing item metadata.

For whatever reason reports generated with Zotero Standalone appear in a browser window without a menu bar. However, you should be able to save the report to your computer with a shortcut (Command + S, for OS X). You can then open the saved report i…

@Dan Stillman, quite a few users that contribute styles become alarmed by the "Error generating Preview" message in the style repo. Could it be renamed to something more informative, such as the following? "No Preview Available (it takes some t…

I thought about that, but the trouble is that Asian names are always in sort order, even when not flipped, and those names shouldn't trigger the insertion of a following comma.

@adamsmith, are you okay with my proposal three posts up?

One more question. What happens in cases where a name isn't flipped, but still ends on a period, such as is the case for name suffixes (see also http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#name-part-order ). Do we get "Doe, J., G. Brown …

Maybe it's possible to identify the abstract within the PDFs? There are a lot more services that index abstracts (PubMed included, see e.g. http://bit.ly/LYkNir ).

What I could see is a way to complete existing but incomplete or low quality entries (e.g. retrieved from google scholar) using this: something like - you right-click on the title and select "complete using IEEEXplore" - that might even allow users …

@adamsmith, this is really something that needs to be set on the "delimiter-precedes-et-al" and "delimiter-precedes-last" attributes. "name-as-sort-order" should only control the order of name-parts. The logic we need seems to be: only include the …

If the official style guide doesn't use "ibid" I prefer to keep it out from the version in the style repository.

@adamsmith, I changed the locale to "en-US". The CSL style includes a date in American format, so I think it makes more sense this way.

You need to restart Firefox/Zotero Standalone when you manually put a style in the "styles" folder. See http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/22857/style-request-for-nemoonline/?Focus=123626#Comment_123626

I changed the language of the upcoming version of the CSL specification a bit. Any comments? https://github.com/citation-style-language/documentation/commit/c34700363a0a05507e191654253151605f31838b
