@fbennett, remind me, can citeproc-js spit out self-parsed CSL JSON? (i.e. where two-field names have been chopped up in the individual name-parts) I tried following the discussion, but it's still not entirely clear to me whether current CSL can pr…

I put your style up at https://gist.github.com/rmzelle/2dfd10435ab115fb598d Our validator shows two issues: http://validator.citationstyles.org/?url=https://gist.githubusercontent.com/rmzelle/2dfd10435ab115fb598d/raw/90f60b4506ecab604c7dae712a86964…

What are you trying to achieve with this?
-
In particular, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/restore_after_firefox_reset
-
Try updating Zotero, and see https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/50612/use-of-discrete-graphics-on-macbook-pro-resulting-in-higher-battery-drain/

Side effect of https://bitbucket.org/fbennett/citeproc-js/issues/180/mlz-extra-next-line-symbol-before-the and https://bitbucket.org/fbennett/citeproc-js/commits/e42a994cb1cdaac883b295ea646d3970b0bbea1c ?

Is this with Zotero for Firefox or Standalone? Are you both on 10.10.4?

Using colors from Alternative Colour Scheme would give: http://s30.postimg.org/bwaxl48v5/bright_palette.png (the light yellow is a bit lighter)
-
(JSON-LD looks like a great fit for directly delivering CSL JSON too)
-
@bwiernik, that would be great. We'd also be interested in knowing your type of color blindness, should you know and not mind telling us. Some other palettes: http://mathematica.stackexchange.com/a/20883 http://bconnelly.net/2013/10/creating-color…

the problem with groups is that it uses storage space in "the cloud" which implies both costs and environmental (energy) impacts. I'm all for a better environment, but unless you store large amounts of files in your Zotero groups (like 100s of GBs o…

Rintze's suggested alternatives work much less well Yeah, I agree. I tried to stay as close as possible to the current color scheme, though, so we might be able to pick a better set. Maybe https://twitter.com/rintzezelle/status/618787492469284864 wo…

Example of replacing the current colors with those from the 15-color palette: https://twitter.com/rintzezelle/status/618785999112564736 And while I like the 3rd scheme of the 9-classes qualitative color (see https://twitter.com/rintzezelle/status/6…
-
@aurimas, if you select "colorblind safe", "qualitative" only gives 4 colors or less. The palette at http://www.somersault1824.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/color-blindness-palette.png seems to cover enough colors to replace the current 9.

Did you do this?: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings If so, according to the documentation, there should be a folder on your desktop named "Old Firefox Data", which should contain your old Firefox profil…

Not sure it sufficiently replicated the same conditions, but the new beta worked great in my developer profile.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18344340 gives HTTP for me. edit: How exactly do you end up at that HTTPS URL? E.g. https://scholar.google.com/scholar?start=10&hl=en&as_sdt=0,30&cluster=13073298695668619371 links to the regular HTTP …

@lourdesdelgado, which citation style are you using?

And just to make sure, you're downloading Zotero directly from https://www.zotero.org/download/?

Yup :). Let us know if there are any you can't figure out.

Do you have any online documentation that describes these typographic differences? I googled for "holomorphic punctuation" but didn't find anything.

Is there a ticket for adding shortcuts to apply rich text to certain fields (italics, superscript, subscript, etc.)? I couldn't find one. Working on a manuscript, and finding myself copy and pasting the HTML tags, which is harder than it should be.…

Need any beta testers for the new website? With the recent Korean spam, Vanilla 2 can't come soon enough.

Yeah.

It would be better to distribute such a style yourself. (we already have a lot of Chicago style variants, and having more would make it even harder for us to keep them all in sync and up to date)

Seems to be a common Windows shortcut: http://www.eurosymbol.eu/keyboard http://windowsitpro.com/networking/how-do-i-type-euro-symbol
