• OK, there is clearly something broken in my Firefox as other things aren't behaving... This is probably nothing to do with Zotero at all O_o I will let you know if Firefox-Zotero works once my Firefox stops playing around.

• So: Chicago Manual: didn't make any difference. Zotero standalone: works fine. Looks like I'll be working with the standalone one! Thank you for all your help! Much appreciated.

• OK, Chicago Manual is the setting it's in at home and that works fine. Will let you know if either of those two work tomorrow. Thanks guys!
