• I submitted a trace through the Zotero Extension Error log. The Bug ID is: D1065987876 I'm a newbie, but I'm guessing that the ID will lead to the trace text. Any help would be appreciated. Thx Marc

• Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, I lost track of the case that raised the question. It's possible that I neglected to select the "Search subcollections" box. What you described is what I understood.
