• no, it puts this in: {Bibliography} oh no! I'm sure, that I didn't use "remove field codes" and I didn't change the format. I have this problem also with an older version of the document. At the time I saved this version, the citations work…

• yes, I have the cursor inside a citation. It worked before, so I'm wondering what's wrong. what means "live" exactly and how can I change this? This seems to be the problem, I can't insert a bibliography.
