• Sorry for the slow reply...just worked out how to create a BBT debug log. It's been submitted with Debug log ID: EQI7MFL7-refs-euc/6.7.174-6 Is that what you need?

• Thank-you for the help!...to be honest, I've no idea - don't know how to view the contents of a bib file. I'll do some googling now to find out how to do that.
