Clicking refresh is not working - The citations with the underlines remain and the document is not updating. I had seen that page and read the instructions so now I am asking what else I can do?

Yes I have done that and it still does not work. It is happening when I open a new word doc and enter one citation.

Hi I have deleted Zotero.dotm but I have been unable to restore the plugin. I cannot follow the manual installation instructions. It was working fine for me previously.
