Hi Tim - I completely uninstalled Zotero, including preferences, from my machine and then reinstalled and got all the folders in the right places, and the work around from Princeton is working! Much appreciated for your time and help.

Thanks Tim. I don't have a "translators" folder in my Zotero directory and I've checked the other folders too in case it is nested. Should I create the folder? Well, I'll do that now and see what happens
