@jakes451: The citation style started life as the Bluebook.csl file created by Bruce Darcus. That's why it has picked up the bug you point out (and it is a bug, not a feature). My point in the initial post about @nicsuzor: Thanks for all the e…

I'm responsible for the style as it stands at the moment. There are (sometimes good) reasons for the limitations you have picked up on - I'll try and address them as best I can: * Re jurisdiction field: not all Zotero fields are available to CSL (j…

Just to follow up on the issue of a jurisdiction field, I've noticed that this was suggested a year ago on this thread: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/800/australasian-legal-information-institute/#Item_0 Alternatively, including the Legislati…

Actually, it's happened in a subsequent pair of references in the same document, this time with just one citation per footnote.

Thanks for the tip. Is there a formal/normal process in place for getting consensus (esp. is there something I should do)? Mea culpa on the matching problem - I was trying to match type="legal_case bill" without a match="any" attribute. But I'd re…

@bdarcus: As far as bad news goes, it's not too bad. I'm pretty happy with nearly everything. I could probably live with manually entering statutes in. But I'm happy to be more involved, even though I'm more at home with Python than Javascript &…

@Dan: I did try converting the RNC to RNG with Trang, but it didn't seem to work when I tried to use it with the validator. Will try again with the command as you've set it out. @bdarcus: I like the sound of real time validation. Will give Aqua…

Fixed. Thanks for the tip. I found the stuff on validating CSL a bit too brief for someone with no understanding of RelaxNG. I'm on OSX, and I like TextMate, so didn't really want another editor to buy/install. I installed an XML plugin for tex…

HeinOnline: http://heinonline.org Westlaw: http://westlaw.com Both of these sites host a large number of law journals in their databases.

I've installed Solvent and would be happy to list the XPaths for the various citation fields if that would speed things up. Trying to write the rest is a bit much for me at this stage.

The URL matching doesn't seem complete. When I pull up a journal article, the URL looks like this (ie. doesn't contain "universe" in the path: http://www.lexis.com/research/retrieve?_m=bc05f2a79cd9f4d56516ae847fb37202&csvc=le&cform=byCi…

I'd really like to see the Australian Guide to Legal Citation (http://mulr.law.unimelb.edu.au/aglcdl.asp) supported. It's the default citation style for a large number of Australian legal journals.
