• Word 2010. I'm not seeing Zotero in the "Add-ins" section of Word. Zotero says the installation was successful, but it doesn't appear that way.

• I'm sorry, I should have been clearer. It said "the program is in the process of syncing" in the pop-up box in Firefox. When will the server maintenance be completed and where I can find a list of such times?
