Deleting and re-inserting the bibliography did not work, but "Edit Bibliography" and "Revert all" DID work! Hurray! Thank you so much.

Ok, I uploaded a screen shot of one page of the biblio at http://i.imgur.com/tA3iDg4.png I have tried copying and pasting the text with citations into a new document and it does not correct the problem.
