Interestingly, nothing happens when I click Report errors...! And yes, there is nothing at all in the left hand pane, or any other. I've restarted once with no change. Would it make sense to try a fresh download?

Just wanted to chime in that I had the same issue today but with Zotero Standalone and Word 2010. I quit Zotero and Word, then reopened Zotero and changed the preference to Classic, and from there have had no problems.
