My apologies. I was looking at articles published before BJPS changed its style guide.
-
I've downloaded the updated style, but I'm still having trouble with the citations using parentheses by default. It appears the BJPS only uses parentheses if there is a prefix to the citation, like See Smith (2005); Jones (2007). or if there is …

Apologies for my shortcomings. Print ISSN is 0034-4893 In-text citation: (Campbell and Pedersen 2007) (Mares 2001) Bibliography: CAMPBELL, JOHN L. and OVE K. PEDERSEN. 2007. The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. Comparative Political St…

I found an using APSA style to reference a conference paper. Style guide mandates this: Mefford, Dwain, and Brian Ripley. 1987. “The Cognitive Foundation of Regime Theory.” Presented at the Annual Meeting of the American Political Science Associati…

Got it, thanks!

Hi guys, I was wondering if you could make a minor fix. Bluebook says that when you are citing a book after its initial citation, the author's name should be in small caps, i.e.: Levinson, supra note ___ at 34. Zotero uses small caps for the auth…

Lovely, thanks!

I've noticed that when I cite a journal article in Bluebook, Zotero inserts the Publication field when it should be using Journal Abbr. field for the journal name. Can we fix this?
-
I think it might be easier to un-italicize the "v." than italicize the two parties to the case. Thanks so much for all the assistance. Zotero is such an incredible tool.
-
The only problem is that the case name is coming across as Baker v. Carr, rather than Baker v. Carr. But in light of Prof. Bennett's comment, I suppose this in unavoidable. I can italicize the case name myself. Otherwise the CSL works fine.
-
In-text citations should be: (Baker v. Carr 1962, pg_#_being_cited) The style guide does not provide guidance for how to cite lower court decisions in-text. However in a reference list, a lower court opinion should be cited as: Lessard v. Schmidt…

I have encountered a problem with citing legal cases in a APSA-style reference list. According to the APSA Style Manual (2001), cases needed to be cited with name, year, volume, source, first page, and in parentheses district of any lower federal co…

It works beautifully. Thanks!

I'm so impressed with how Zotero handles Bluebook, but I have one minor error to point out. When citing a law review article Zotero's output includes two spaces between the volume number the law review title.

Well I'm not exactly sure what happened, but the issue seems to have been resolved. There was an exclamation icon over the sync icon. I tried to take a screenshot of it, but I was directed to a screen asking me to resolve a conflict between two di…

This is still an ongoing problem. Certain cases scrape just fine, i.e. http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/historics/USSC_CR_0465_0668_ZS.html Others don't, i.e. http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/historics/USSC_CR_0370_0421_ZS.html …

Aha, I installed Sync Preview while I was already connected to JSTOR through the proxy. I closed my window, logged on again, and Zotero added the proxy for me. Issue resolved. Thank you so much! This is such a great product!
