Many thanks! That seems to have done it. Initially after the fix, I was having issues with Zotero becoming unresponsive, but I'll guess that something got corrupted somewhere. I uninstalled, deleted my profile, and reinstalled — and all is now …

Thanks, Dan and Adam. I checked the database integrity; no errors were found. So I enabled debug logging and ran the sync again. I got the same result, so I submitted the debug output. The debug ID is D339105032.

Simon--many thanks! That did it. :) Just out of curiosity--is this an issue with Tiger? I'm curious, as I'm asking my students to set up Zotero and join a group in the next couple of days. Just to be on the safe side, I've saved the script…

Thanks Simon. No dice, unfortunately. I'm still getting the same error, even after trying both of these things. I suspect my best solution for now is to downgrade to Word 2004 at work, since documents with Zotero citations seem to work just fin…

I'm having a similar issue. I'm running FF 3.5, Word 2008, on OS X 1.4.11. All of the FireFox plugins install just fine, but when I go to the the AppleScript menu in Word, Zotero's nowhere to be found. It's not in the User Data directory either…

An update: I tried deleting my Zotero profile from FireFox and restarting. That resolved the issue, and sync seems to work fine now.

I just tried that, I'm afraid, but without success. I'm unable to sync, though I've deleted all items from the library. I'm getting a sync error on a tag that should no longer exist, plus I have a number of greyed-out tags that I can't delete. Any t…
