I changed prefs to "not available offline" refreshed page, refreshed zotero, refs are still unlinked. Then went to docs extension in chrome and turned it off, refreshed page and zotero again, still unlinked.

Well that didn't take long...D290080853 was doing some rewrites that did NOT re-order refs. Added a citation that also did not reorder refs, then 4 refs became unlinked. connector ext report 490768589
