Thank you for your help. My problems are solved and I was able to resync yusing a backup directory.

I uninstalled, cleaned and solved a windows update error. I reinstalled Zotero and now it works! The problem was the windows update error. Now Zotero has new library. I should reload my existing librarydata! How can I d othat ?
