• The full folder path is C:\Users\marpa\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP (IN GREEK) there is a Zotero file without.dotm extension and it is empty.

• I will also like to add that I checked the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero\extensions\zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org\install and the file zotero had no extension.dotm and even that I tried to download it again, it was allways empty
