• Yes, using Firefox. On the ribbon I found the Zotero toolbar. Thank you, problem solved:-) Strange that it didn't say anything about this in the installation guide, or I overlooked it..

• Thanks. There is no Zotero.dot file in the install folder, thus nothing to copy. Where is the ribbon?

• PC, windows 7, have read the links, have the latest plugin, the latest Zotero version. Office home and Student full version, Norwegian language.
