• Thanks Simon!! I got it:) I disabled all the other extensions. I uninstalled Zotero, Zotero for Word int, and pythonext, then re-installed all 3 again. Starting from scratch worked. Thanks again!!

• Hi Simon, Thank you for your quick response. I can't provide a report ID when I click the reinstall button, because when I click the Preferences, nothing happens. I haven't been able to find the reinstall option to click on it.
