Google Scholar , CrossRef and Pubget are installed by default. You can create an engine: read this. As far as I know, sites must have opensearch enabled. What re you trying to do?

This is planned (on the long-run): search for "hierarchical item relationship" on the forum. ATM, Title is moved to Book Title when changing item type from Book to Book Section, and Book Title is moved to Title when going from Book Section to Book i…

How do I test my translation??? The easiest way is described at the bottom of this page, under the heading "Longer-term Development". Edit: direct link.

I think you can paste it here. Choose "xml" as a language and put the link here.

I have not looked at the CSL processor, but I suspect it actually has quite a complete rule-set.http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/17801/#Item_8 and, pehaps, this: Universal bibliographic control and international MARC programme, Names of persons :…

@devs: I think that a first-run guidance panel would be useful. It would appear when clicking on the "More" button. [by the way, those guidance panels are a very good idea but they should appear more than once - a "don't show again" button wouldn't…

Ok. I'll do that later and give you feedback.

Yes. When I click "refresh", I get a message (grey popup like when adding items, don't know the name of this) in the bottom right corner: "Create a bibliography from selected items. Zotero Preview Pane" [my translation from French]. Report ID: 5551…

My mistake, sorry. Anyway, nothing appears in the page ("Citation/Bibliography list" AFAIR)
-
@adamsmith: Actually, I had affixes in mind too. But, indeed, this is really cumbersome...

Ok for different locales with fallback to fr-FR. Generally speaking, many styles do not rely on locale and use "text value" instead. Maybe this could be checked more strictly before adding them to the repository.

I can confirm that cslpreview is not working *when loaded directly via the address bar*. As Benedicte wrote it, the drop-down menu has disappeared: screen. (Z 3.0.3, FF 10.0.2, Win7)

Zotero for Firefox? Which version?

I'm not sure but I think what erazlogo wrote in april 2011 still applies:The easiest way to do this manually is to create collections or saved searches (with tags) for each section of the bibliography, then generate bibliographies from collections a…

But as alobo said, it would be nice to have a different type to make the difference. Yes but you can use tags for that. Edit: Just to be clear, here's what ajlyon said in this topic:In considering changes to item types and fields, it is important t…

An extra column for "volume" makes sense. You can use a saved search to display only items without URL: Select "URL" - "does not contain" - "%". (the % character is a wild card). (with "Only show top-level items" checked).

A style editor is being developed: http://csleditor.wordpress.com/ That's a hard task which, I think, won't be completed within the next six months.
-
I've submitted a patch to implement Mark's suggestion. Hope that helps...

Did you read that? If you need help for a specific style, you can paste it into the textbox on https://gist.github.com/ Then, post here the URL of the gist (e.g. https://gist.github.com/1320111).

l. 79: I added: Edit: almost the same as adamsmith. Try both solutions... (And +1 against 4shared)

Oh.. are you sure? Sorry, I was misled by the title of the thread and the messages talking of "column". [+1 for papercut indeed]

On the question: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/17725/allow-more-fields-to-be-presentedsorted-in-middle-pane/ and http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/10011/sorting-items-by-court-in-middle-pane Developers have other priorities but I think this …
