Since you're using multilingual zotero, fbennett -mlz developer - might have to comment on this. To catch his eye, you should edit the title of your post and add "MLZ" (click "Edit" next to your username/date of your post).

You just have to insert your endnote/footnote as you would do without Zotero, i.e. just use the options of your word processor. E.g.: -with Libre Office; -with MS-Word (2007).

AND where hovering the mouse cursor above the citation displays a tooltip with the author and title of the paper I might be wrong but I think it's your word processor (MS Word here) which controls this behaviour. Zotero can't do anything here.
