@Rintze, @adamsmith: I'm sure you can answer this! Date format is not localized in this style (I don't know why)(same for apa6)

I assume you're using the "Add Item by Identifier" button when you write "it does not work." Does it work with other ISBNs? "X" is a valid character: http://www.isbn.org/standards/home/isbn/us/isbnqa.asp#Q5

I think you're confusing _adding_ and _importing_ items. When you import items (from another bibliographic tool), Zotero creates a collection with all the imported items (like in your screenshot). But if you're adding items from a website, e.g. boo…

Upload it to a free image hosting site like http://imgur.com/ and post the link here.

Right click (mac: ctrl+click), "Save target as"

Is the third book added to Zotero? (It seems that yes) http://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_bugs (§1)

Date format is not localized in this style (I don't know why), but you can do it yourself. Replace: by [similar change has to be done with date variable="issued"]

Yes, "through" is not in the list: http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#title-case-conversion I don't know if it's an oversight or a real choice. Others will have to comment. Anyway, that's ok to report this here.

Update Safari, and the rest of your system software, by going to System Preferences->Software Update->Check Now. Both OS X 10.6.4 (15 June 2010) and Safari 5.0.1 (28 July 2010) are several years out of date and contain security bugs.

AFAIK, it's already possible, e.g.: http://www.zotero.org/styles/aapg-bulletin http://www.zotero.org/styles/elsevier-harvard (If I click on these links, I get the install message, don't you?)

(As I'm not completely sure, you should first try with few abbreviations. A quick way to know what's the required format is to use the abbr filter: in your word processor, open the abbr filter (add/edit citation; classic view: "abbrevs" button), edi…

Search for a directory called "SHR3G4PM" in you storage dir.

However, when merging the items, the Author field(s) do not get filled, but they are simply discarded. Is that working as intended or can I somehow get that to work as I need it? You're right that you can't choose the "master item" in this case (wh…

You're right: the above link still gives version 3.0.10r11074 which has the problem with nbsp. I think it has not been updated yet.
-
Works for me, now, with notes containing nbsp chars (to avoid any misunderstanding, I've tested with Zotero running directly from a Git checkout).
-
Well, problem found, but what to do with it? I want to have empty paragraphs ("& nbsp;") sometimes in my notes.. Dan will fix it as soon as possible (I think).

I found that without the and="", the default is to include the & but perhaps I'm doing something wrong? Are you sure? You can paste your code on http://gist.github.com , save it as a public gist and post the link here.

http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#name and="false" is not valid CSL. Remove and="xxxx" to get the desired output.
-
Where did you save the annotated PDFs? Did you use "save as..."?
-
Great. Thanks.

I confirm this (either with old or new - i.e. post 3.0.8 - notes). It's clearly a bug. [FWIW, reverting this commit seems to do the trick, for me: https://github.com/zotero/zotero/commit/21bf3000cbe64ad5345bb731b0e8396aa004b13f ]

(If you didn't want the series editors, then don't populate them in the fields.)It's always better to have complete metadata in Zotero. You don't necessarily know which styles you're going to use in the future. So that's the problem. Why have those …

Don't use the "Save" option: it does not save the code of your style but the whole Zotero Reference Test pane (csledit.xul)! You've to copy and paste your code into a text editor [like Notepad or notepad++ on Windows, TextEdit on Mac OS X (select “…
