Are you sure you've installed your updated style and selected it in Zotero? You can post your style on http://gist.github.com (save it as a public gist and post the link here).

(FF 17 will be released on November 20th and Zotero 3.0.9 will be compatible with it. Until then, you've to downgrade to Firefox 16.0.2, the latest stable version of Firefox. Firefox 18 is scheduled to be released on January 8, 2013...)
