There's no folder in Zotero, but collections. An item can belong to multiple collections (like playlists). Just move (drag and drop) to the desired collection… And if you delete a collection, that will not delete its items. https://www.zotero.org/s…

You can't add new fields, no. But new fields will be added to zotero 5.0 (no ETA, though). Adding Editor role to Web Page hasn't been discussed extensively, but there's this old post from Dan (zotero developer).

I think this change has been confined to the English localization. It was never pushed to Transifex because this English string didn't override the previously translated strings in other locales. As a result, in most locales it is still "Create *ne…
