• I did what you said and the folder that opened is the one in which zotero script should be ("microsoft user data" in french/word script menu items), I get that, but there's no zotero file there, that's my problem...

• I created this directory because I couldn't find the script in the folder named "Microsoft user data" in French. It's where I looked in the first place, any idea of why it's not there?

• I got exactly the same error message. Did you find out how to insert the bibliography in a master document?
