I have just discovered that this problem only arises if Zotero is pinned to the taskbar before opening it. If Zotero is first opened and then pinned to the taskbar, only one icon appears.

Was on 54 beta. Reverted to 53 and now all fine. Will this problem reoccur when Firefox does its next automatic update?
