I think I kind of figured it out. I am using 4shared WebDAV, which seems to limited the number of files in a folder to be 5k. I have 2889 articles which amounts to 2889*2 files (one for zip, one for prop), which is larger than 5k.

Yes, PE3QIJ4V is exactly the ID of that article. However, despite the successful upload, the file in my online library and my Windows laptop remains un-updated.
