• Yes there are 2 dotm. and if I delete one, Zotero returns unfonctionnal as before I'd prefer to keep 2 zotero, even it works!

• @dstillman, it work, thanks! but word has 2 Zotero(s) in the up tool bar, is it normal? Otherwise, it's such the unique and the best solution.
