I forgot to mention about the debugging: 1. Accepted changes and turned track changes off 2. I don't have any citations in captions. 3. Copied and pasted into new doc. Still gave errors. 4/5. Created new doc and tried new style. Still…

Hi Dan, Thanks for the quick response. As there are 800+ citations its likely I am missing the citation! I'll email the document right away assuming you have a way of figuring it out!

I realise this is an older thread- but I'm coming up on this issue now. I started using Zotero years ago without realising the prefix/suffix function. I'm now entering all the extra comments from earlier work into the prefix/suffix fields so they a…

"no, and Word for Mac is slower than other word processors, unfortunately." Adamsmith: what processors are the best with Zotero? Is LibreOffice that much faster?

Perhaps I've been spoiled by the quick reply of Zotero folks- but is Anybody out there?

It would not be the end of the world, but I cite numerous volumes, and the common way of citing just omits it now, as well as the publisher/location, contrary to the Chicago standard. I think I have found a way around it though: using the book…

My apologies, I thought I may have posted in the wrong category.

Forgot to mention, I am using Chicago style.

"@your other request - I don't think archival practices - especially internationally - are sufficiently unified to make such an option useful/viable/desirable. Archives can be quite ideosyncratic in their classification system and Zotero would have …

I guess I am not being clear: Yes, it can be formatted correctly if you put ALL the info in the location. What would be ideal though is if there were separate fields for series, box, file, etc, so that zotero would use its memory/autofill function s…

Which chicago note style in particular are you referring to? I am currently using Chicago note without bibliopgraphy (but have also tried with bibliopgrapy). It does not seem to do anything. I dont think this resolves the issue of more fields …
