Adam, I found the %APPDATA% Mozilla Firefox folder and the Zotero folder within it but the Zotero folder is empty.

Plus I am not sure what is happening? I copied the folder from the older profile to the latest one. Then are you asking me to place that same folder in Zotero? Where? I am still fiddling.

It did not work. The copied Zotero folder is in the current file 6/1/2015. The current data folder after opening Zotero was not there. Plus I have to fill in new syncing information. What should I put in for that?

Sorry, folder size is 80.0 MB and the File path is: 7vtxvgcr.default-1408996321778. It appears to have the zotero.sqlite with translators and file styles.

adamsmith, if you go to tools and then addons, you get the firefox addons and extensions. If I go to extensions, and where it shows the word plugin there is a link that says 'more', and when I click on it, it shows that I am set to 'default' instead…

OR!!!!!!!! Can I turn on the plugin now for automatic update and will it automatically update Word without me having to reinstall or manually update Word?

What I discovered was that my Word plugin is 3.1.18. Can I just install the plugin? And if so, can I install over the current plugin or disable it first? Dumb question I know!!! Percetta
