I think I had the same problem (didn't save the error log, though). Restarting Firefox solved it for me. I don't know what initially caused the error.

Maybe "Open File" and "Locate File"? In addition, the "show file" button could maybe be made smaller -- I suspect that it's being used less frequently than "view file".

erazlogo: My question was probably a bit unclear. In general, what I was asking about if CSL allowed any sort of localization, in the sense: "if (language=de-DE) then dateFormatA; elseif (language=en-US) then dateFormatB"... Your and Bruce's answers…

WRT to the problem of incorrect date formats: I've started another thread to address this issue on a more general level.

Main translator for de-DE speaking here: I definitely can't monitor all the discussions on this forum and the babelzilla-thread is a rather bad place for requests as well. At the same time, I'm very thankful for all bug reports in the localiza…

I'm not sure if this is a technically related problem but while we're on the topic of tab-behavior I wanted to make an additional suggestion/bug report: I start entering something into any field in the right pane and, if it it matches a previou…

Ah, good to know. I didn't even realize that the tag selector that I'm rarely using can be toggled. Works just fine now. Thanks for the hint.

I'd second that request. In my opinion, the tags for individual entries should behave either like the author-field that allows you to enter multiple authors by hitting shift-enter; or it should work the way alexuw suggested. Entering tags for items …

I'd regard the lawsuit as an indicator for Zotero's quality. Reuters Thomson obviously is scared as hell that their business model of selling very expensive proprietary software is in severe danger. I'd suggest that all of us inform our librar…

Are there any plans to implement a search-function for notes? erazlogo's suggestion of course works, but is rather clumsy. I often have long notes (reading notes for a whole book, e.g.) and being able to quickly find things within them would be help…

Thanks very much for the bug report. I've deleted the extra line. Hobbes vs. Boyle

Acrymble, thanks for your troubleshooting help. I have found the culprit: It's the Torbutton addon (version 1.2.0rc5) that messes up the translator. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2275 Disabling it made all the sites functi…

I'm not sure if this is a related problem but I found that in addition to not being able to save items from Cambridge Online I also can no longer (IIRC this used to work) save items from IngentaConnect. To make sure that it's not just a general prob…

Hm, it's still not working for me. I did the updating but still get error messages on both the Lichenologist and BioSocieties journals. Any ideas? Is it working for you, Dan?
-
I'm having problems with Cambridge as well, e.g. http://journals.cambridge.org/action/displayAbstract?aid=1316776 I tried resetting the translators so I should have the latest translator version. (Zotero 1.0.6 on FF3)

I would second that request. Especially when working on a collaborative project it would come very handy to be able to add e-mails to a collection, tag it, and have related items.
-
I'm also having this problem and I'm surprised that no one else has reported it yet. Ingentaconnect is a pretty important provider after all. Example article: http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/rcop/cm/2005/00000005/00000004/art00016 An…

Bruce, I totally agree. And that's the reason why I suggested something like a LaTeX-plugin for the dokuwiki which would create pdfs from proper HTML/dokuwiki mark-up automatically. Two for the price of one, as it were (or maybe rather: for the pric…

I agree with franz that the option of getting the documentation as a pdf-file would be a nice feature. Trevor, the pdf you're linking to is rather ugly and not including any hyperlinks. Maybe it would be a good idea to add something like DokuT…

Ah, thanks a lot! I had already tried the plus key and ctrl-enter but not shift-enter...

@Dan: Thanks for the clarifications. @ Helga: Thanks for the link. The double period issue is fixed but will only become visible in the next release.

Hi everyone, as the person doing most of the localization stuff for de-de most of the problems are my fault. Unfortunately I do not use any of the bibliography output features and I'm also more an APA than a Harvard guy. Anyway, let's see what I …

I second that request! It would be great if stuff from Cambridge could be grabbed.

Oh sigh. Of course I didn't see the obvious... Thanks a lot! With regard to the translator: I think I've already posted a request there. But I will check again. Cheers, H v B

@rcragun: While the Foldershare-solution (I use pathsync btw) may be Windows only there are lots of similar sync tools available for *nix systems too. I wonder if it would be possible to use Zotero in combination with a CVS -- as this would also a…

@shel, dan: Had the same problem (for more detailed description, see also thread: Can't import or export) and creating a new profile did indeed help. Unfortunately I can't really abandon my old profile (cookies, plug-in prefs, passwords etc.), so do…

I have the same problem as shelbaroo (same error message) and re-installing didn't help. Some additional info: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061003 Firefox/2.0 Theme: Littlefox 1.7 Extensions: AdblockP…

Thanks for your great tool! Integration with the Virtual Laboratory at the Max-Planck-Institute for the History of Science http://vlp.mpiwg-berlin.mpg.de/library would be very nice. I also agree with Cantello that I'd like to have transla…
