No they are both from your repository. American Physiology Society also called APS has may journals one is Renal, and one is Regulatory and Comparative. I installed both from your list.

It gets worse. I started a new document and this time it wants to put all the citations from the whole document in chronological order. Meaning the numbers jump everywhere.

At the end of each reference it says [cited 2011 Feb 26]. All the dates are different, I think that date is when I first added it to my library from pubmed, web of science etc.

So it sounds like my only option is to delete each reference citation and then reinsert it using the current library to recreate the link so that I can update the bibliography when I am finished with the thesis. Correct?
