Start by updating to Zotero 7, which fixes a number of issues with feed processing.

Open Zotero's settings, go to Advanced, uncheck "Enable bidirectional text editing utilities." (That setting is enabled automatically if you switch to a right-to-left locale.)

This may have been a temporary issue with the site or your internet connection. If it continues to happen, though, could you provide a Connector Debug ID? (Different from a Report ID, which you provided above.)

@adamsmith, would you be able to try reproducing this through EZProxy? I've unfortunately had no luck, and I'm wondering if it could depend on the EZProxy configuration or some other institution-specific variable.

Attachment priority customization isn't yet available, but we try to avoid saving snapshots alongside full-text PDFs. I'm not sure why we're saving both on ScienceDirect. We'll change that.
